iCatch-it
Terms of Use
Effective August 16, 2026. These terms govern use of the iCatch-it app and website operated by Inspector Catch-it. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
iCatch-it is software that helps home inspectors quote jobs, send inspection agreements, schedule work, and write reports. We provide the tool. We do not perform inspections, and we are not a party to the inspection agreement between an inspector and a client.
Your account
You must provide a valid email and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account that is abused, unpaid if we later charge for access, or used in a way that harms the service or other people.
Your data and your work
You own the job data you enter — quotes, contacts, agreements, findings, and photos. You grant us a limited license to host that data so the app can function (including sending an agreement link you ask us to send). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for having permission to store and share client information.
Acceptable use
Do not use iCatch-it to break the law, to send spam, to impersonate someone, or to probe or disrupt the service. Do not upload malware or content you do not have the right to use. Agreement-sign pages and account links are for the person they were sent to.
Professional responsibility
Inspection standards, licensing, and the written agreement with your client are yours to follow. Templates and default agreement language in the app are a starting point, not legal advice. You decide what you send and sign.
Availability
We aim to keep the app available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change. The current site is a working product site, including account pages for password reset, email change, and agreement signing.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Inspector Catch-it is not liable for lost profits, lost data, inspection outcomes, or indirect damages, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or fifty dollars if you paid nothing).
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
